A small restaurant where time seems to have stood still. Wonderfully cozy, solidly furnished and down-to-earth food to die for! The meat is more tender than anywhere else. The boss in the kitchen and his wife in the dining room. No matter how full the restaurant is, both of them routinely do their job perfectly and carefully, with peace of mind. Always and forever. There are no urban busybodies here. There are even more normal people here. Splendid!

As always, it was a real treat. The roast venison was simply perfect and can absolutely hold a candle to the roast goose in November. Thank you for the good food.

Great food and for dessert we were given apple fritters with vanilla ice cream, cream and eggnog.. highly recommended
